CTIA NextGen Club

The CTIA NextGen Club is a leadership engagement initiative within the Canadian Textile Industry Association (CTIA) designed to support emerging leaders from member companies as they prepare to guide the future of Canada’s textile sector during a period of generational transition. The Club strengthens knowledge transfer between experienced executives and the next generation of managers, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and stronger participation in industry strategy and advocacy.

Through regular meetings aligned with key CTIA activities, mentorship opportunities, and peer-to-peer exchange, the NextGen Club creates a trusted platform for emerging leaders to build relationships across the industry, share operational best practices, and develop leadership capacity. The initiative also encourages participation in CTIA committees and policy discussions, helping ensure that new perspectives contribute to priorities related to procurement, trade, and sector development.
By supporting succession planning, preserving institutional knowledge, encouraging modernization and adoption of digital tools, and strengthening collaboration among member companies, the CTIA NextGen Club contributes to building a more connected, resilient, and forward-looking Canadian textile industry.
