Alchemy is a nanotechnology company based in Kitchener, Ontario. Alchemy's primary interest in the textile industry is through its specialty nanoparticle based Crypsis Class thermal camouflage technology, which is currently being integrated into textiles for the Canadian Department of National Defence. Crypsis Class nanoparticles have been successfully tested by the DRDC and DSSPM in multiple field trials, is currently at TRL-6, and can be integrated into textiles, dyes, and vehicle paints.
Coming from the natural beauty of Canada’s west-coast, we’re ever conscious of the impact humans have on our environment. From our chemists and engineers to our warehouse and office staff, we all share a passion for the outdoors.
So, it won’t come as a surprise that our fabrics are consistently being used in outdoor products like backpacks, kites, tents, and many others. However, we’re also leading innovation in aerospace, and other commercial products too.

Block Bindings & Interlinings has been involved in converting 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective materials since the turn of the century. We have a state of the art production facility capable of manufacturing sewn, laminated or hybrid products.
